There will be plenty of time to play games, chat, visit, and relax.  There are many Adirondack Chairs and places to sit and enjoy the scenery both in and outdoors.  If you would like to fish, you will need to apply for a FREE Maryland Fishing License if fishing from the pier, but no license is required if fishing from the shoreline or jetty.  

Thursday, 31 July

Flexible Option:  A small cadre of no more than 25 (0 spaces left as of 01 July 2025) on a “first-come/first served” basis for a PRE-Reunion private tour and lunch (estimated cost is $25.00/person NOT included in the amount listed on the Accommodations page) at the National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, DC is available; so register early if this is of interest to you (we will e-mail you with the details AFTER the 1st of July, i.e. where and what time to meet in DC).  You may make this selection on the Registration page. 

Friday, 1 August

4:00 pm – 5:00 pm:  check-in, get room assignment, pick-up swag bag, meet & greet and get settled in with light snacks
5:00 pm – 6:00 pm:  free-time to freshen up and get ready for dinner
6:00 pm – 8:00 pm:  dinner (on your own)  See list on the Restaurants page for some suggestions
8:00 pm – 9:00 pm:  free-time
9:00 pm – 10:30 pm:  campfire with s’mores.  When facing the cove, the campfire site is on the left side of the property on the shoreline
10:30 – until?  free-time

Saturday, 2 August

7:30 am – 9:00 am:  prayer, quiet time, exercise, and breakfast
9:00 am – 9:45 am:  first seminar (or FREE time)
9:45 am – 10:00 am:  bio-break
10:00 am – 10:45 am: second seminar (or FREE time)
10:45 am – 12:00 pm: bio-break and free-time
12:00 pm – 1:30 pm:  lunch
1:30 pm – 3:30 pm:  free-time and freshen up
3:30 pm – 5:30 pm:  formal & group photographs
5:30 pm – 7:00 pm:  dinner 
7:00 pm – until?:  free-time

7:30 am – 9:00 am:  prayer, quiet-time, exercise, and breakfast
9:00 am – 9:45 am: discuss 2027 gathering
9:45 am – 10:00 am:  release butterflies to honor our ancestors and travel home prayer
Flexible option: post-reunion tour of the National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, DC after the end of the reunion.  You may make this selection on the Registration page and we will issue you the FREE tickets at the reunion.
